- Roho Fish (or your favorite fish) π
- Lemon juice π
- Garlic cloves (minced) π§
- Ginger (grated) π±
- Chili powder πΆοΈ
- Turmeric powder πΏ
- Cumin powder πΎ
- Coriander powder π
- Salt π§
- Black pepper π
- Cooking oil π’οΈ
- Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) πΏ
- Clean the fish:
thoroughly, removing any scales or innards, and pat it dry with paper towels. ππΏ
- Marinate the fish:
In a bowl, mix lemon juice π, garlic π§, ginger π±, chili powder πΆοΈ, turmeric πΏ,
cumin πΎ,coriander π, salt π§, and black pepper π. Coat the fish pieces with this
marinade and let it . sit for at least 30 minutes. β³
- Heat the oil
