Garlic Butter Prawns ๐Ÿง„๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿฏ

  • 1 lb (450g) prawns ๐Ÿฆ (peeled and deveined)
  • 3 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ
  • 4 cloves garlic ๐Ÿง„ (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’
  • 1 tsp paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
  • Salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚
  • Fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ (chopped)
  • Lemon wedges ๐Ÿ‹ (for serving)

Rinse the prawns ๐Ÿฆ and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and

paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ. Set aside.

In a large pan, melt the butter ๐Ÿงˆ with olive oil ๐Ÿซ’ over medium heat.

Add minced garlic ๐Ÿง„ to the pan and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until

pink and cooked through.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹ over the prawns and sprinkle with

chopped parsley ๐ŸŒฟ. Stir everything together.

Plate the prawns and garnish with extra lemon wedges ๐Ÿ‹ for that zesty kick!
