Garlic Butter Prawns ๐ง๐ฆ๐ฏ
- 1 lb (450g) prawns ๐ฆ (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tbsp butter ๐ง
- 4 cloves garlic ๐ง (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
- 1 tsp paprika ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1 tbsp lemon juice ๐
- Salt & pepper ๐ง
- Fresh parsley ๐ฟ (chopped)
- Lemon wedges ๐ (for serving)
- Prep the prawns:
Rinse the prawns ๐ฆ and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and
paprika ๐ถ๏ธ. Set aside.
- Melt the butter:
In a large pan, melt the butter ๐ง with olive oil ๐ซ over medium heat.
- Garlic time:
Add minced garlic ๐ง to the pan and sautรฉ for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the prawns:
Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until
pink and cooked through.
- Add lemon and parsley:
Squeeze fresh lemon juice ๐ over the prawns and sprinkle with
chopped parsley ๐ฟ. Stir everything together.
- Serve:
Plate the prawns and garnish with extra lemon wedges ๐ for that zesty kick!
