  • 250g paneer (cottage cheese), cubed ๐Ÿง€
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ
  • 1 onion, finely chopped ๐Ÿง…
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed ๐Ÿ…
  • 1 green bell pepper (capsicum), sliced ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste ๐Ÿฅ„
  • 1-2 green chilies, slit ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds ๐ŸŒฑ
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder ๐ŸŸก
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala ๐ŸŒฟ
  • Salt to taste ๐Ÿง‚
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ
  • In a karahi or deep pan, heat oil or ghee over medium heat. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ
  • Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. ๐ŸŒฑ
  • Add chopped onions and sautรฉ until golden brown. ๐Ÿง…โœจ
  • Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. ๐Ÿฅ„
  • Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ”ฅ
  • Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well. ๐Ÿง‚๐ŸŒถ๏ธ
  • Add the sliced green bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until tender. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ„
  • Gently add the paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes. ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿณ
  • Sprinkle garam masala and mix. Cook for another minute. ๐ŸŒฟ
